Online company registration:
This is another and swift way of company registration in Pakistan and commonly used throughout Pakistan. Before starting process of company registration, the directors have to use the SECP online registration system, you must get Login ID from SECP and then able to start the process.
NTN of Company:
NTN of company apply after the company registration procedure in Pakistan, for new companies, SECP-FBR has signed MOU for issuance of NTN number in Pakistan, if the companies already registered, will provide the bundle of documents for NTN registration.
